• Supported Living– Provides support(s) to the individual who lives independently and/or preparation for living independently
• Personal Supports- Provides support(s) to the individual within a home setting.
• Companion- Provides assistance into the community and home setting.
• Respite- Provides the immediate caregiver a break from services.
• Personal Care Assistant- Provides particular detail pertaining to personal hygiene.
• Behavior assistant- Runs programs associated with behavior modifications to decrease undesirable behaviors
